Problem with TXT Record - Ticket ID #2059398

I’ve located your support ticket #2059398, and I understand that your A and CNAME records are configured successfully, but your hosting provider is unable to add the TXT record because the _figma_sites_verify Host/Name format isn’t supported by their DNS editor. I can also see that you’ve already tried removing and reconnecting the domain to generate new TXT information without success.

Can you get someone better to take over Joan.

She replied saying she is unable to detect the TXT record publicly in DNS.

Of course she cannot detect and TXT value as my hosting server prompt error message and did not allow me to add.

She would saw this if she have check the screenshots I provided. She would also have seen the chat communications I had with my hosting comany. 

One week has passed and this issue is still unresolved. Kindly stop wasting everyone’s time and assign someone who is knowledgable and can resolved this.

Checking in on ticket #2059398 with an update.

The conversation you shared with your domain provider confirms what we'd flagged: their end doesn't support the Host/Name format needed for the TXT record, and there's a real question of whether an alternative record type could work in your case. We’ve passed this along to our engineering team to look into that.

Your ticket is on hold for now while we wait on their input, you don't need to reply in the meantime. As soon as we hear back, we’ll share the update both on the ticket.
