Problem with the verification with Student Account

When I try to complete the verification, I receive this message: “We are having trouble with the verification process. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact us at education@figma.com.”

I have already contacted the support email but haven’t received a response yet.

Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?
