Hi Figma Team,
I’m a student in Boston. I'm having problems verifying my student account for Figma, even though I have official information to verify my student status, and now exceeded the number of attempts.
I looked up multiple forum posts about similar cases as mine, and the advice I read is to contact SheerID support directly & to ask them to reset my attempts. I've done those advises twice, explained my case to them, but they replied that with a template email that they can't help and that they closed the ticket immediately without any further attempt to support or investigate for both requests (attached are proof).
I also saw a forum saying that I should try contacting education@figma.com which I did a couple of weeks ago but have not received any reply from them up until now, which led me to ask for help here. I need the student access for school projects so I desperately need help on this.
