Problem with Student Verification

Hello. My name is Denis.
I'm a student at Mykolaiv National Agrarian University.
I'd like to take advantage of the student plan, which would be very helpful in my studies. I tried to do it myself, but I got errors several times. I already applied for a student discount in Google Gemini, and the Share ID verification was successful. However, when I tried to verify my Figma account, I had an error. Also, I have a document. I also have a document from Diya that confirms that I am a student. Can you help me with this?
