Are you by any chance exporting to SVG?
If so, please note that SVG does not support angular gradients, only linear and radial. If this is the case for you, the best temporary solution would be to rasterize the object in Figma, which you can do by first selecting your object then navigating to the main Figma menu in the upper left, then go to Object > Rasterize selection.
