Hello, we are experiencing an issue with Figma AI. Yesterday we entered prompts into Figma AI, but when we tried to generate the result, it showed an error. We tried again 2–3 times with different attempts, but the same issue kept happening. We refreshed the page, but the problem still continues. Could you please check what might be causing this issue and help us resolve it?

What error message are you seeing when you try to use the agent? Is it, “Something went wrong”? Normally when you see that message, there are a few things you can try (sounds like you already tried the first option, though):
- Click the Retry button
- Refresh the page and retry the request
- Try creating a new thread using the + button in the top right corner of the chat
If you don’t see any improvements after trying the second two options, please click the “Copy Debug details” button at the bottom of the chat that triggered the error message - it looks like a small, circled “i” icon. Copy and paste the details and I can take that to the team for you for further investigation. Thanks!
