Pro 계정 사용 중 Dev 시트를 실수로 추가하였는데 바로 결제되었습니다. 바로 취소 부탁드립니다.

실수로 데브 시트를 하나 추가했다가 바로 뺐는데 왜 바로 다음 달 결제가 되는 건가요? 사용 안 할 거고 1분도 사용한 적 없습니다. 추가된 dev 시트 금액 취소해 주세요. 카카오톡으로도 문의드리고 메일로도 문의드렸으며 고객센터 통해서도 문의드렸는데 도대체 언제 답변받을 수 있나요? 

I accidentally added a dev seat and removed it immediately, so why am I being charged for the following month? I have no intention of using it and have never used it for even a minute. Please cancel the charge for the added dev seat. I've reached out through KakaoTalk, email, and the customer service center — when exactly can I expect a response?
