preview of figma make design showing empty or black

I am not getting preview of design which is made by figma make AI , i have created many design but suddenly i am not able to see preview at all, it showing black or empty , i can see all code but not able to see preview ui .

can you please make this correction

Hey ​@Guddu kumar -- we think we resolved a bug related to this a short while ago. If you refresh Figma, do you still have this happen?

Now i see UI intraction is not proper, I am not able to locate UI with point and edit feature, It showing - preparing to point and edit, and live preview loading like this only.

Hey ​@Guddu kumar, I’m stepping in on behalf of ​@ksn to help with this. 

To help us narrow this down, could you let me know a couple of things?

• Are you experiencing this in the Figma desktop app, the browser, or both?
• Could you try duplicating the file and check if the same issue happens in the duplicated version?
• If possible, would you be able to share a screen recording (via Loom or Google Drive)? 

 

Once I have that, I’ll take a closer look . Thank you for your help!

in both destop and browser I see same issue, not able to intract with point and view in any page, i have large file of UI design here i am stuck in mid of this

I always see this message with no UI intraction

also every times i have to reload after making any small or big change to see , it does not auto load after change

 

 

also it taking soo many loading to show UI also… after 2-3 times reload or full refresh i see UI
