Preview Links on Figma

Figma preview links, as of 9/17, no longer work for me on Firefox. In fact, I can’t even get to the brand’s figma.com website on Firefox. It is this way on both my work and personal computer. It also isn’t working for my coworker. Are others having this issue?

Hi, ​@bdonahoo. Thanks for posting - sounds like you’re having a frustrating time.

 

What version of FireFox are you and your coworker using? Have you tried another browser, and did that work or did you see the same issue? I did a quick test of my own with a file and also had trouble viewing in FireFox, so I’ve asked our engineers to take a look. Thank you for your patience!

Quick followup - the file I tested with has a known reason for doing this that isn’t related to whatever might be happening in FireFox for you and your coworker. Let me know what happens when you try a different browser and we’ll go from there.
