If you’re on a Professional plan, it’s in your team’s settings. Select the team in the file browser, then go to Admin → Settings → Plan → Cancel plan and follow the prompts. You’ll need admin access to that team. Cancelling schedules the team to move to the free Starter plan at the end of your billing period — and your account stays open.

For Organization and Enterprise plans, cancellation goes through Customer Support. You can find the details here: Upgrade or downgrade your plan.
