Hi Figma Team,

I’m experiencing an issue with both the Unsplash and Freepik plugins. After selecting a shape and opening the plugin, I enter a search term — but the loading spinner just keeps spinning and no images are ever loaded. This behavior is the same for both plugins.

I’ve tried reloading the plugin, clearing cache, switching between app and browser versions, and checking my network, but the issue persists.

Could you please help me troubleshoot this?

Hey ​@Natali S! Since plugins are 3rd party, you’ll need to reach out to the creators directly for assistance. They can give you suggestions/troubleshooting (in both what to try in Figma and also look if there’s something going happening on their end).

 

You can find them on the bottom right side of the plugin’s page (will show a screenshot at the bottom).

 

For Unsplash, I wasn’t sure if you were using Unsplash Avatars, or any of the other ones that come up on a search.

 

For Freepik, I wasn’t sure with specific one you were using either -- I ran a search here to help you identify.
