Plugins Not Working After Recent Update – Please LIKE if you have the same issue

After the most recent Figma update, none of my plugins are working.
They either won’t open at all or just freeze when I try to use them.
I’ve restarted, reinstalled, and tried both the desktop app and browser – same issue.

Is anyone else running into this? Or am I just the lucky one?
Would love to know if there's a fix?

Hi Figma Team,

After the recent Config update, I’ve been experiencing an issue where most plugins won’t open. They either don’t respond at all or fail to load completely.

I’ve tried refreshing Figma and restarting my browser/computer, but the problem still persists. This is affecting my workflow, and I’d appreciate any help or updates on this.

Please let me know if there’s a known fix or if you need more details from my side.

Honestly I have been getting the same issue since yesterday 

None of my plugins are loading in Figma. I've restarted my PC and Figma, but no luck. Pls Figma do something

We've tried to recreate the issue on our end, but the plugins seem to be working normally for us.

If it's still happening on your side, could you possibly send us a quick video recording of what you're seeing? If you could also include the steps you're taking to make it happen, that would be super helpful! Im having the same issue. Im literally just trying to make a very simple moving square from left to right for a test. But the animation turns out empty. Please fix it ASAP. thanks

As Junko mentioned, we weren’t able to reproduce the issue on our end. If the issue continues, we recommend reaching out directly to our support team for further investigation. You can do so by filling out this form: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360001744374

When submitting the report, please be sure to:

  • Use your Figma account email

  • Include a short video recording (if possible)

  • Share any error messages you’ve encountered

  • Attach your browser or desktop app console log.(You can capture a console log from the developer tools as shown in Export console logs)

This will really help us to investigate the root cause of the issue and try to replicate it on our end. Thank you!
