Plugin submission issue

I submitted a plugin for review for the first time about 3 weeks ago.

I didn't get an email confirmation but I did see “review” status in the plugins tab.

Now I don't see the status and also didn't get any response email

 

How can I get my plugin to be approved already?

There's also no system in Figma for plugin handling which is very annoying!

Hey Yaron designer, Celine from Figma here! Thanks for checking in. Sorry for the lack of visibility on the status, I can see why that would be confusing.

I checked internally and can confirm your plugin is still under review, so no need to resubmit anything! I've also added a follow-up note to your submission to help increase visibility with the team.

We're currently seeing a high volume of submissions which is impacting review timelines, and there isn't currently a way to track your position in the queue. The team will follow up via email once the review is complete, with either an approval or any relevant feedback.

Thank you for the reply. My main concern as mentioned in the original post is that you guys should have a system to track it easily. I see many posts about it. It can save you so much time if there was a CLEAR DEDICATED place to see all self plugins and their status. I also opened a customer support ticket by the way, since I wasn't sure about reply times here. 

So imagine the amount of spent time to a user and to your teams which can be solved with 1 simple screen.

Also given handling time can take so long, a notification or email with “we’re still reviewing” will be helpful to prevent users thinking the process is stuck. Pretty basic UX to be honest… Your plugins Product team should be aware of this...
