Plugin new version cant released - "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed" error

I am having the exact same issue as others with publishing plugins after being asked to set up 2 Factor authentication. I have tried emailing support but have not got a response. Can you please create me a ticket too and get this resolved.
