Please stop requesting regular payment.

Hello, I am a college student in South Korea and bought a professional plan around November last year. However, I only used it for a short period of a month and canceled the regular payment. However, I keep getting payment requests from Figma. I didn't pay because I didn't have money in my bank account, but I keep getting emails saying that the payment failed. I've already upgraded to the free version and the invoice seems to keep coming. Please solve the problem and reply to the message at e-mail.
