Hello,

I’m having a problem with my payment. My subscription started on September 6 and was supposed to renew on October 6. Yesterday, I couldn’t complete the payment because the amount shown was incorrect — it displayed $60 instead of my regular $16 subscription fee.

Because of that, I canceled the subscription and tried to re-subscribe, but now I don’t have the option to pay monthly for the $16 plan. I can’t figure out how to do it, and I’d also like to remove the $60 payment line from my billing section since it’s incorrect and unnecessary.

Could you please help me resolve this issue?
