I can't open the built-in plugins that are in the "Plugins and widgets" tab. I checked both on the web version and on the desktop, the same thing, although the figure is updated automatically. I use the free version, everything was always fine.

I completely understand how not being able to use plugins or widgets could slow down your workflow. Are you still having issues running Plugins and Widgets? How are you trying to run these plugins and widgets?

It sounds like you’re going through the Actions > Plugins & widgets. Is that correct? What happens when you attempt to run a plugin or widget? Are you getting any error messages?

Please let me know, and we can continue to troubleshoot together.

I still can't open plugins and widgets. I open it through the "Actions" section. When I want to run plugins or widgets, they just don't load. No errors are displayed, just either a white screen or endless loading.

This definitely looks unusual. Could you try refreshing your browser tab or restarting the Figma desktop app to see if that resolves it?

Since this seems to be affecting all plugins, I’d like our support team to take a closer look at your specific case. I’ll send you a DM shortly with details on how to reach out to us through a secure form so we can investigate properly.

Just as a note: plugin access is available to users on paid seats within an Organization or Enterprise plan (or any user on a Starter plan). We recently fixed an issue where users waiting for a seat upgrade could still see the plugins menu without a clear indication that access was temporarily restricted.
