I know this has been posted a few times but they’re all archived from a few years ago. Are there any updated solutions? The other ones don’t work for me. This is only an issue on the desktop app, online is fine and I’m on a mac. This started when I updated my OS to Sequoia, it was working normally before.

Things I’ve tried:

• I found the preferences doc but there was no “last-directory” listed in there for me to edit
• I can’t move or rename the folder because its my Documents folder which literally cannot be moved or altered. If there is a way, I’d love to hear it
• I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, including deleting system files
