Perte d'accès aux fichiers de mon équipe alors que je suis l'administrateur

Bonjour,

J'ai tenté à plusieurs reprises de me connecter aux fichiers de mon équipe, sans succès. Cela fait maintenant 18 mois que je ne m'y étais pas connecté.

Je suis l'administrateur de cette équipe, qui s'appelle "Kikotey", un nom identique à mon domaine. À chaque tentative, quelle que soit l'adresse, un message m'informe que je dois attendre l'autorisation d'accès de l'administrateur, alors que c'est moi qui suis l'administrateur.

De ce fait, je ne peux pas accéder à mes fichiers de mockups pour mon application.

Auriez-vous la possibilité de m'aider à résoudre ce problème, s'il vous plaît ?

    I understand you’re seeing a message indicating that administrator approval is required when trying to access the file.

     

    I checked the file URL you shared on our backend, and while the file is named “Kikotey,” it is currently located in the Drafts space of a Starter team, and it appears that you are not the owner of the file nor do you have access to that team.
    This is why you’re seeing the access request message.

     

    At this point, the best thing you can do is to contact the team owner of the team where the file is located and request access from them.
