we account are scheduled to pay 6060 US dollars on November 13, 2025. However, this amount exceeds the single transaction limit of my card. Could you please split this bill into two bills of 3015 US dollars each? Otherwise, I will be unable to make the payment.

Could you please provide the relevant contact information of the handler? The ticket I submitted has not been processed for 24 hours. I'm worried that my account will be unavailable due to this issue, which will have a very significant impact on my work and cause financial losses.
