Иван Прохоров

Hello, I’m trying to renew my Figma subscription, but I’m seeing a pricing inconsistency. In the app, the subscription price is shown as $20. However, at checkout, the price changes to $80 for a 3-person plan. I only need an individual plan. Could you please clarify why this mismatch occurs and help me renew at the correct price? Thank you.

Hey @Иван Прохоров, thanks for reaching out!

I can see you've already submitted a support ticket (Ticket #1969710), our support team will take a look into the specifics of your account, and they'll be in touch through that ticket.

In the meantime, a bit of context that might help explain what you're seeing: the Professional plan is designed for teams, so pricing is calculated based on the number of seats in your plan. The $20 figure shown in the app typically reflects the per-seat cost, while the checkout total will reflect the seats included in your subscription, which can vary depending on how your team is set up. The Guide to billing at Figma and Manage billing on the Professional plan articles both have a good breakdown of how this works.

Since your ticket is already in with the billing team, they'll be best placed to look at your account directly and help clarify the pricing you're seeing. We're not able to review account-specific billing details here on the forum, so I'd recommend keeping an eye on that ticket for their response.

Let us know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
