Hi Team my card is getting declined

Hey @Keys LambdaTest, Celine from the Community Support team her. I am working closely with @Gayani_S, happy to help! 

I checked internally and can see the support team has already replied to you. It looks like your card issuer/bank is declining the charge. Please note that most declines are flagged as "generic" so it's not always possible to pinpoint the exact reason on our end.

If your card details look correct, we’dd suggest trying a different card or reaching out to your bank directly for more information. If you'd like to update your payment method, this guide can walk you through it: Change payment method.
