My account keeps saying payment failed while upgrading to professional. All my bank details are correct, can another payment method be provided please?

I understand you're encountering a "payment failed" error when trying to upgrade to the Professional plan and are looking for alternative payment methods.
Currently, Figma supports payments by credit card or SEPA debit for the Professional plan. Unfortunately, payment via PayPal, contract/invoice, purchase order, ACH, or wire transfer is not available at this time.
