I have deleted my account successfully. There has been a charge of 60USD deducted from my account. It is not my fault that i did not delete my account but seems an error from your end for deducting the charge inspite of me deleting my account. I want you to resolve this issue and refund my money.

I’d like to share some context that may help clarify what happened. As outlined in our Help Center article on account deletion, deleting a Figma account does not automatically make an existing subscription refundable. For annual subscriptions, fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except in limited cases described in our Renewal & Cancellation terms for Online Purchases.

That said, we definitely want to make sure your specific case is reviewed properly. The best way to request a review and potential refund is to submit a request directly through our Support Hub here:

When submitting the request, please include details about the charge, the timing of your account deletion, and your country of residence so our team can look into this thoroughly.
