I was using the free plan to code a new website and wanted to have a bigger advance today, so I payed the professional collab plan that gets me 500+ AI tokens a month. When I opened the project, it was telling me that I needed to upgrade to the full plan to edit the page. I mean… I payed and LOST THE ABILITY TO EDIT MY WEBSITE?????

👋🏻 Hey @Adib1 — welcome to Figma Forum and thanks for flagging this. I can understand the frustration with the upgrade here and we’ll be sure to share your experience internally.

Here's what's going on: Figma Make is only included with a Full seat. The Professional plan Collab seat you purchased covers Figma Slides, FigJam, and view/comment access in Design files — but it doesn't include Figma Make, which is why you're being asked to upgrade before you can edit your project. You can see the full breakdown of what each seat covers here: Manage seats in Figma → How seats work in Figma. It sounds like, for what you're building, a Full seat is the option that will unlock moving forward in Make.

I also checked in with the Customer Support team, and the followed up with specifics tied to your account settings. Please check the inbox connected to your Figma account for case: 2061507. Hope this helps clear things up.
