Paid invoice but plan still showing expiry — team access at risk

Hi Figma Community,

 

I’m reaching out for advice as I’m facing a billing sync issue and haven’t yet received a response from support.

 

I was on a grace period for the Professional plan. I completed the payment more than 8 hours ago and have the paid invoice as proof. However, my account is still showing that the plan will end shortly (currently less than 30 minutes remaining).

 

I’ve already emailed Figma support earlier today with:

 

  • Paid invoice attached

  • Screenshot of the expiry warning

 

 

My concern is temporary team restriction, as my team is actively working.

 

Has anyone faced a similar situation before?

Is there anything else I should do while waiting for support to update the billing status?

 

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
