When a section in Figma Slides has more than one row, at some point the next section overlaps the second row of the previous section in grid view.

Hey @danielfurtado, welcome to Figma Forum! Thanks for flagging this and including a screenshot.

That section definitely looks out of place. We've seen a few reports touching on how sections behave in grid view recently, so this is timely and useful. I'd love to dig in with you and get it in front of the team, but I wasn’t able to reproduce this issue in my test account. To recreate it reliably on our end there are a few details that would make a big difference:

  1. The section setup. How many slides are in the section that gets overlapped? Please provide any other steps or settings you recall enabling that lead up to this behavior.
  2. Where you're seeing this issue. Can you confirm if this is happening in both in Slides mode and Design mode?
  3. Your setup. Is this happening in the Figma Desktop App or browser (or both)? Please also confirm your OS, and the app version (About menu → you'll find the version there).
  4. A copy of the file where this is happening (or a small sample deck that reproduces it). If you'd rather not share publicly, no problem at all — you can open a support ticket and reference this post, and we can take it from there. You can do this via the Support Hub → click Start a chat → type “Report a bug”.

Once I can try reproducing it again with those items, I'll bring it into our internal discussion and keep you posted. Really appreciate you taking the time to report it and collaborate here.
