Overdue Figma Invoice and Plan Renewall

I have a problem with my office’s figma annually-billed plan which said that it’s overdue. It should be paid before February 6, 2026. But if i read the invoice, we should pay monthly rather than annually. How can we solve this? Should we renew the plan by paying for a year or we pay only this month?

Since your email address associated with your forum account doesn’t seem to be the email associated with the attached invoice, there’s not much I can share with you here on the forum. For privacy and security, I’ve also removed the invoice from this topic.

Using the invoice, I was able to confirm that an Admin from Center for Digital Society UGM reached out to support directly on ticket #1731013. In the end, support was able to resolve the situation for them.
