我今天被扣了2笔费用，一个是384美元的年度计划续订，这个我知道。另外一个是20美元的月度发票，为什么我要支付一笔20美元呢？
I was charged two fees today, one for an annual plan renewal of $384, and I am aware of that. The other one is a monthly invoice of $20, why do I have to pay $20?
年度计划里面包含了2个席位，从2026 年 7 月 21 日到 2027 年 7 月 21 日。

Hi ​@lijinyan 👋Thanks for the clear breakdown. That actually makes this easy to explain.

Here's what's happening:

  • Your annual plan ($384) covers the 2 seats you had when you renewed, for the full year (July 21, 2026 – July 21, 2027).
  • The $20 monthly invoice is for an extra paid seat added on top of those 2. When you add paid seats during an annual term, Figma bills those additional seats on a separate monthly subscription rather than folding them into the annual charge — so you end up with both an annual and a monthly subscription running at the same time, which is why the dates overlap.
  • That $20 monthly invoice will keep coming until you either add that seat to your annual subscription or remove/downgrade it.

One quick note on turning off the automatic charge: there isn't a standalone "turn off auto-payment" switch — what controls it is the seat itself. You've got three options:

  • Leave it as-is > the $20 monthly continues
  • Convert the seat to annual > one prorated charge, then no more monthly invoices for it
  • Remove/downgrade the extra seat > stops the $20 going forward

Could you let me know which outcome you're after — stopping the extra $20 seat, cancelling the annual plan from renewing next year, or both? That way I can point you to the exact steps.
