Out of credits and cannot move to editable version

I understand you're running out of AI credits.

I'd like to confirm what you mean by "I cannot move the work AI and I have done to an editable version." Are you referring to not being able to Copy your Make design into a Figma Design file?

You can actually copy your Make design into a Figma Design file and continue editing there without using any credits.

I noticed you have an open support ticket(#1819620), and from the screenshot you attached, it seems the "Copy design" button is not grayed out.

Could you please try using the "Copy design" option? This will allow you to continue your work without using AI credits.

Alternatively, if you want to continue using AI features, your team admin can purchase additional AI credits. These are pooled at the plan level and accessible to eligible users who need more usage beyond their individual seat allocation.

I'll add an internal note to your support ticket mentioning that you've also reached out on the forum to increase visibility and hopefully prioritize your case.

Thank you for your reply. If I choose copy design it only copies one page at a time and not the features of the bottom. It therefore comes with a lot of manual work. Can you please let me know how to fix this? Thanks!!
