We were paying for figma but it has now moved to a free plan.
We wanted to pay annually by invoice. Please can you confirm what has happened?

I can see that you are currently on a Starter (free) plan, but since this involves account and billing details, we’re not able to investigate or make changes here in the Forum for security and privacy reasons.

Also, please note, as you are currently on Starter plan, you can subscribe to the Professional plan at any time. You can follow these instructions on how to upgrade to a paid plan.
Please note, about you request to pay by invoice, Figma's plans offer self-serve auto-billing by credit card or by SEPA payment. On the Professional Plan, we don't offer payment by contract/invoice, purchase order, or by transfers at this time.
