A few months ago you released the feature to hold option to click and drag to tweak numbers in the color panel etc...This doesn’t work any more and the regular click + drag feature in the places where it’s always been possible seems a little flaky aswell.

Edit: It was #19 in the little big updates from H2 2023.

I just realized this question wasn't properly followed up on - my apologies for the oversight!

It looks like the hold option command works for RGB, HSL, or HSB fields. 

To quickly adjust the values in RGB, HSL, or HSB fields, use your trackpad or mouse to scrub their values up or down. Hold down Option (Mac) or Alt (Windows), then click and drag your cursor to the left to decrease the value or to the right to increase it.

I've just tested this on my end and can confirm it's working correctly now but do you still see the issue?
