Here are a couple things to check that might help:
- Is the file currently in your drafts? If so, try moving it into a project within your team space — then start the open session again and see if others are able to join and edit.
- Could the team member have multiple email addresses? If so, have them double check they’re signed in with the correct one before joining the session.
If that doesn’t do the trick, feel free to reply here and let me know if the access issue is still happening — or you can contact our Support team directly, and they’ll be able to take a closer look at account settings. If you reach out to Support, please include the email address associated with your team member’s account, a link to the file they’re trying to access, and a screenshot of what they see when they join.
