One of my students can't get verified no matter what we try

Hello,

I am teaching Figma with Educational account in Borgarholtsskoli Collage.

I have one student that does not get verified. All the other students are in the team and verified. This one student has done the same as the other students many times without success. And now he gets an error message when trying to verify again.
I have chatted with the AI help and gone through all the problem solving suggestions. I also contacted Sales/ tech support and was advised to write here for help. I have also written to SheerID and am waiting for their response.

Its difficult to teach the class when one student can’t participate so I need to get this fixed asap, therefore I write here also while waiting for SheerID.

can you help me?

Hey ​@Soley Stefáns - happy to help as much as I can.

Do you know if that particular student has anything different from the other students in your class[es]? Are they a newer student, have a different kind of student ID, etc.? It sounds like they have hit a verification limit that I’m unfortunately not able to reset or unblock on my end.

Can you please reach out to education@figma.com directly via email for further help? They should be able to guide you further. I’m sorry to have to turn you to another contact, but that goes straight to our education team.

hi ​@ksn and thank you so much for a quick response! The student should not be different in any way from his classmates, so this has been so strange.

I have sent an email to education@figma.com so hopefully I get help there. I really appreciate if you can reach out internally to help get this fixed as soon as possible.
