Nothing shows up In My Figma Account

Could you let me know if this is happening in just one specific file or across multiple files? Also, does the issue occur in the browser, the desktop app, or both?

To start with some basic troubleshooting:

• Try clearing the cache on the desktop app and/or browser then force-quit the app/browser and relaunch it to see if that helps?

• Ensure that both your browser and the desktop app are fully up to date. You can follow the steps in these articles: How do I configure my browser for Figma? and in the Guide to the Figma desktop app.
