Not receiving figma verification email while setting up the account

Hi,

 

I am currently stuck in the loop of triggering new verification emails but I am not able to receive any emails from Figma. I reached out to Figma Support and tried all of the troubleshooting techniques, nothing has worked. Is there a way for me to get support?

I understand you’re having trouble receiving the verification emails needed to log in to your account.

 

I checked on our end but wasn’t able to locate a previous support ticket associated with your account.

Since you mentioned that you’ve already tried the troubleshooting steps, I just want to double-check that the following have been covered:

  • Check all email folders, including spam or junk, for messages from official Figma addresses such as:
    • announcements@figma.com  
    • events@figma.com  
    • or other @figma.com addresses
  • Make sure your email filters aren’t blocking messages from @figma.com domains
  • Confirm that your email address was entered correctly during signup at figma.com

To investigate this further, I’ll go ahead and create a support ticket(#1686485) on your behalf. One of our Support specialists will reach out to you via email when they’re ready.

Once you receive the ticket confirmation email, please reply to it with details about which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried. This will help our team investigate more effectively.
