not loading at all

A couple quick questions that will help narrow it down:

• Is this happening in the desktop app, the browser, or both?

• Are you using a VPN or proxy connection? If so, could you try temporarily disabling it to see if that changes anything?

• Would you be able to share a screenshot or a short screen recording (e.g via Loom) of what you’re seeing?
