Not able to verify Education plan

I have tried verifying 10+ times  for my master's program in the United States, and my classes have already started, and one of my courses requires Figma Pro, but what can I do if SheerID is not able to verify? I have contacted SheerID, and they say that they can't verify my profile. Now I have exceeded my limit to verify it seems.
I have run out of verification limits twice. The only prerequisite for being a student is a university name and  email id .SheerID can't even verify that education@figma.com was of no help either. Said that only SheerID can help. Could you kindly resolve this or provide a solution, as your SheerID team is not even verifying?

I have been unable to validate my student plan for the past six months. I am currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program. Presently, when I attempt to verify, I receive a "limit reached" notification. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated, as numerous critical files are inaccessible.

Please email education@figma.com so our Education Team can take a closer look. It would be really helpful if you could include screenshots and a short summary of what you’ve tried so far to help move things along more quickly.

I have contacted your team via email but have not yet received a response. Please advise on the next steps, as this issue has remained unresolved for approximately six months.
