Not able to import assets and apply style to from the design system

Hey ​@Sayalee , Celine from the Figma Community Support team here! Thanks for sharing the details and everything you’ve already tried. Since the issue persists across devices but your teammates can use these features, it may be related to a difference in your seat or file permissions.

Just to clarify, when you say you’re unable to “import assets,” do you mean importing files or assets directly into Figma Design, or accessing components and styles from a shared design system library?

Importing assets is available on all plans. Anyone can import into their drafts, while importing into a design file or team requires can edit access. You can find more details in our Guide to imports in Figma Design.

Please ask your team admin to compare your access with that of an unaffected teammate. In particular, for assets and styles from a design system, please also confirm that you have:

• At least can view access to the source library
• Can edit access to the destination file
• The library added and enabled in that file

Please reply there with screenshots of any error messages, along with the URLs of the affected Figma Design file, design system library so they can take a closer look at it.

Hi Thanks for the reply I am the admin of the file and have also checked the invoice and it is all in check and i am on a professional plan. and i ahve attached the design library file to the file i wenat to use it in but when i am trying to apply the style this error comes up.

Can you please look into this i am also following up on the ticket but i cant see any reply
