Not able to access Figma Make File on Desktop App

Hi @Riya Piyush ,

I understand you’re having trouble opening your Figma Make file in the Figma desktop app.

Let’s walk through a few steps together to help narrow down what might be causing the issue.

• Is this happening only in the desktop app, or are you also experiencing it in the browser?

• Is it just one specific file that’s affected, or are you seeing this issue across all your Figma files?

If the problem only occurs in the desktop app, please try connecting to Figma from a different network, such as your mobile hotspot, to see if the issue persists. If switching networks helps, I recommend reaching out to your IT team for further troubleshooting. You can also share these resources with them, which may be useful:

• Adjust your network settings

• Troubleshooting checklist > Check your network settings

If the issue is limited to a specific file, please take a look at this article for further troubleshooting steps: Error 404 when loading Figma files

If none of the above resolves the issue, I recommend reaching out to our support team for a closer look using this secure form: Submit a request.

In the form, please include the URL of the file where you’re seeing the problem and grant edit access to support-share@figma.com. (Rest assured that granting this access will not affect your billing.) This access will help us investigate more effectively.

Thanks,
