No Support Ticket Emails, and Account Upgrade Not Taking Effect

I have created a ticket for managing my seats because I have upgraded my account and the same limitations still exist (ticket #1683351). However, no emails are sending to me concerning this ticket. I have checked spam / junk / and firewall-quarantined emails...nothing containing my ticket number or “figma”. The chat is sending me here. As far as I can tell there is no way to communicate with Figma. Please please help, I have a deadline that I’m missing because of this nonsense, and I’m just trying to get access to features I’ve paid for.
