No school email

To qualify for the Education plan, you do need to apply using a school-issued email address. Applications submitted with personal emails unfortunately can’t be approved automatically.

If your student email isn’t accessible to you, you can complete this form for our team to manually review your eligibility.

If you’re homeschooled or studying independently, you can also email education@figma.com with proof of your student status (like a transcript, enrollment confirmation, or student ID) for a manual review.

Hey ​@Warpzie! I’m really sorry about the confusion, I checked in with the team, and unfortunately, it’s not possible for us to verify an Education plan using a personal email address.

However, SheerID (our verification partner) can sometimes verify higher education students who don’t have access to their school email. I’d recommend reaching out to them directly to explain your situation. They may be able to help with your situation. You can contact them via this form: https://support.sheerid.com/en-US/help-center/contact-form.

Hello, I was using Figma Education for the last year. Today I need to reverify that I’m in a school. But my school does not provide an email with their school domain.
How can I access to Figma Education with my personnal email ?

I am a middle school (entering high school) student trying to apply for the Figma Education Plan, but I cannot use the automated form. My school blocks all incoming and outgoing external emails on student accounts, which prevents me from using or logging in with my school-issued email address.

I tried sending an email to education@figma.com, however it seemed to not be an existing email as mail delivery subsystem sent a response shortly after.

What would you advise I do as of now?
