No response to refund request – Unintended plan upgrade (Invoice #V17EJUW4-0002)

I was on the Professional Collab seats plan (US$5.00/month), but on May 14, 2026, I was charged US$38.50 (Invoice #V17EJUW4-0002) due to an unintended upgrade to the Professional Full seats plan that I did not knowingly initiate. I have already: - Submitted a support ticket via the Help Center form - Responded to Figma's email offering to connect me with a team member However, I have not received any follow-up response since then. Could someone please help escalate this refund request? I would like to revert to my original plan and receive a refund for the unexpected charge. Thank you.

I understand that your plan was unintentionally upgraded from a Professional Collab seat to a Professional Full seat, and that you’ve already contacted Support regarding a refund request. I’m sorry that you haven’t received a follow-up from the team yet.

While we’re unable to handle billing issues directly in the forum, I’ve found your ticket (#1902122) and have gone ahead and added an internal note to help increase its visibility.
