I applied for the Figma Education Plan a few days ago but haven’t received any response yet. I would like to confirm that the student ID card I submitted is real and valid.

I kindly ask you to review my application as soon as possible, especially since there are only a few days left before the deadline.

Please let me know if any additional documents or steps are required from my side.

Hey ​@Ahmed Elshahawy - sorry for the delay you’ve been experiencing. Just to make sure: did you reach out to education@figma.com or SheerID via their help form? Have you not heard from anyone as of today?

If this brings some relief: going forward, Figma has now extended a grace period for users in the process of reverifying their education status, so you will not lose access to your account or files on September 29.

To ensure ongoing access of your Education plan, we'll be here to help make sure you can complete your reverification as quickly as possible.
