I’m writing because I haven’t received any response from the Figma Education Team, even though I’ve contacted them multiple times regarding my Education verification issue.
I already reached out to SheerID, and they confirmed that my verification was successfully approved on September 10, 2025 (Request ID: 68c0cff38506831465be96ec).
However, my Figma account is still locked, showing “Verification Limit Exceeded,” and I cannot access some of my files. This situation is causing a lot of inconvenience for my ongoing work and classes.
I’ve emailed education@figma.com several times, but there’s been no reply for weeks.
Could someone from the Education or Support team please check this issue and help unlock my account?
