No Response from Figma Education Team

Hi,
I’m writing because I haven’t received any response from the Figma Education Team, even though I’ve contacted them multiple times regarding my Education verification issue.

I already reached out to SheerID, and they confirmed that my verification was successfully approved on September 10, 2025 (Request ID: 68c0cff38506831465be96ec).
However, my Figma account is still locked, showing “Verification Limit Exceeded,” and I cannot access some of my files. This situation is causing a lot of inconvenience for my ongoing work and classes.

I’ve emailed education@figma.com several times, but there’s been no reply for weeks.
Could someone from the Education or Support team please check this issue and help unlock my account?

I completely understand how frustrating this process has been. Our team replied to your ticket #1608096 last Friday. 

To close the loop here, when you verified back in September, you applied that verification to the account associated with your gmail.com email address. Once your bootcamp verification came through, you essentially had two verifications under this email address.
 
The education team applied a verification to the account associated with your student email address you provided (but we’ve now redacted for your privacy and security).
 
Now, both accounts should be verified for education. If you have any further questions or concerns, please reply to the education team directly via email.
