No entiendo este cargo en mi factura

Okey

Tengo una cuenta de Figma Profesional, mensual 20 USD por mi puesto Full, y quiero recargar 2500 créditos (60 usd) porque en cuanto se inició el conteo del límite quedé sin créditos, no se inició con los 3000 del plan por el uso anterior que había tenido.

Al recargar, tengo un recargo por Actualizaciones de créditos de IA de 30.97 por un prorrateo que no logro entender. De ser así prefiero dar de baja esa renovación esperar. Esto no es claro al momento de comprar.

I understand you’re seeing a prorated charge when adding AI credits to your Professional plan, and you’d like to cancel the AI credits subscription. I can see you’ve already contacted our support team via ticket (#1814349). That’s the right team to help with anything account-specific, so please keep an eye out for their reply. I’ve also added a note to help prioritize your request.

I want to validate that your understanding is correct, you’ve already used the 3,000 AI credits included with your Full seat due to previous usage.
AI credit limits for Full seats started being enforced on March 18, 2026. Credits reset on your plan’s regular monthly billing cycle, and you can check your specific reset date at any time by opening the main menu in a file and selecting the AI balance option. This helps you keep track of your usage.

Regarding the prorated charge: On Professional plans, AI credits are a month-to-month subscription added to your next monthly Figma invoice. If you purchase AI credits partway through your billing cycle, the charges are prorated for the remainder of the current month.

Based on your screenshot, your invoice likely shows:
 - AI credits subscription prorated charge USD 30.97- Last billing cycle
 - Professional plan subscription + AI credits subscription - Current billing cycle
