No confirmation email after I verified

I have recieved an email and said I will receive a confirmation email from support@figma.com with steps to set up my Figma Education plan. However, I don’t recieve any related email from support. I already double check my junk and spam but none of those have this email.

It sounds like you may have already completed your Education verification through SheerID — is that right?

I also checked on our end, and I couldn’t find any student application linked to your account. And I didn’t see any record of an email from support being sent to your address.

Is there a chance you used a different Figma account during the application process?
