Hi all !

I’m used to use the Pen to remove the background of my picture, and then resizing it as I want.

But since the new updates, when I try to resize it it only resize the vector and not the image even if it’s the mask group that is selected.

However, I don’t have the issue on older picture I’ve created a mask with before the update.

Anyone has this issue too ?

Thanks in advance

You're not alone! It seems like the latest update changed how "Mask Group" resizing behaves. Try checking if "Scale strokes & effects" is enabled in the properties panel or if there's a new setting affecting masks. You could also try ungrouping and regrouping the mask to see if that restores the previous behavior.

@adilhassan thanks for your help !
I’ve tried ungrouping and regrouping but nothing changed…
And concerning the "Scale strokes & effects" in the properties panel, I’m afraid I don’t know where it is ? 😥

You're welcome! . In the properties panel, try selecting the mask group, then look for a checkbox labeled "Scale strokes & effects". According to my experience, it’s usually in the Transform section. If you don’t see it, it might be in the Advanced settings. Also, have you tried resetting the bounding box (Ctrl + Shift + 😎 or checking if there’s an option in the latest update notes that mentions mask resizing?

if this is the same issue i have - locking the aspect ratio fixed it for me
