If I go to People and select `New charges since last invoice` it is empty despite owing on this true up. When viewing the people I have no way to determine when they were added. Upgrade reason date appears to be inaccurate as you can click the user’s name to get a window to fly out from the right hand side allowing you to see who migrated the user and when. This information does not match the upgrade information. As a result the `New charges since last invoice` doesn’t quite work as expected. 

Can you please surface the migrated by and migrated date into the table or update the updated status with that information when they’re upgraded?
