New aspect ratio button is missing from the UI

The new aspect ratio button is missing from the UI, it should have replaced the constraint button according to image sin the help docs. tested on both new and old UI’s, tested on both browser and app versions.

    "Lock aspect ratio" will replace "Constrain proportions". This feature will be available when Figma rolls out an update. Unfortunately, release posts do not always coincide with the release time of updates. Just wait and then restart the app/tab.

    I understand that but my point is I was in the middle of working and I had neither option so I had to abandon what I was working on.
